His Place Eatery - Indianapolis, IN

We design with a singular purpose. We create spaces that serve our clients long after the drawings are done. Our work is built on clarity, responsiveness, and respect for time because we know the real measure of success isn't the design; it's how effortlessly it helps our clients do what they do.

The Work

MTM Architecture served His Place Eatery to bring the vision for Chef James Jones and his wife Shawn Jones to life as their second location—delivering a functional space that supports the hospitality and customer experience that the Jones' are known for. The restaurant has since gained national attention with a feature on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives on Food Network, spotlighting the energy and soul behind their growing brand. Drawn. Together.

"Matthew and his team have guided us through converting a retail space into our second restaurant location with professionalism, creativity, and unwavering support. From the very beginning, the MTM team brought structure, clarity, and a calming confidence to a process that can easily feel overwhelming. The organization, thoughtful communication, and cost-conscious approach took a tremendous amount of weight off our shoulders, which is a true gift in the world of restaurant build-outs.

Matthew brings a rare blend of energy, vision, wisdom, and practicality to every conversation. He listens deeply, offers smart and creative solutions, and genuinely cares about the success of the project. MTM Architecture has not just supported this build, they have elevated it. We are genuinely grateful for the leadership, partnership, and heart they have shown throughout this entire journey."
