WENDY’S

MTM Architecture is honored to be a small part of the success of Cotti Foods, and their development of Wendy’s restaurants in California, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.  This particular location was new ground-up construction, located at the busy intersection of 37th Street and North Ridge Road in Wichita, Kansas.  MTM brought the entire multi-discipline team to the table, including site/landscape, structural engineering and mechanical/electrical/plumbing design.  This sleek, modern restaurant is operational today, serving happy customers “Dave’s Doubles”, the chocolate Frosty, and the entire Wendy’s menu that America loves.
